Children’s names, dates of birth, health and dietary information, developmental records, emergency contacts, parent/guardian contact and billing details, plus information required for CCS and regulatory compliance.

3. How we use it
To care for your child, communicate with you, meet obligations under the National Law and Regulations, administer fees and CCS, and maintain children’s safety and wellbeing.

4. Children’s information
handled with particular care, used only for education, care, safety, wellbeing and legal obligations.

5. Photos and video
Taken to document learning and, with your consent, shared via OWNA or used in promotion; consent can be withdrawn any time.

6. Storage and security
Stored securely, including in OWNA, access limited to those who need it.

7. Sharing
We don’t sell information; we may share where required by law, with regulators
(ACECQA, ECRU), with Services Australia for CCS, or with your consent.

Request access to or correction of your information.
