Terms & Conditions
2. Fees and payment — charged per day of care booked ; two weeks payable in advance; no joining fee, no bond; CCS applied where eligible.
3. Discounts — may apply for 2+ days/week, multiple children, and shorter sessions. Speak with our team.
4. Trial and orientation — two free three-hour trial sessions and two to three orientation visits before commencing.

8. Centre policies — families agree to follow service policies, available at reception or via OWNA; reviewed annually with family input.
9. Child safety — complies with the National Principles of Child Safe Organisations and the Reportable Conduct Scheme.
10. Regulation — regulated by ACECQA and, in WA, by ECRU (Department of Communities).

13. Governing law — the laws of Western Australia.
